Being physically active has always been apart of my life. I feel at my best when I am moving! I became a Bootcamp instructor because there are so many different kinds of exercises to obtain anyone’s goal. If your goal is weight loss, improving physical endurance, toning/muscle development, training for a special event or just the social aspect of working out with others because it’s fun. I strive in each of my classes to get our heart rate up while targeting a bunch of different muscle groups so everyone has the resources to achieve there personal goals. It is inspiring for me to see others push themselves and it makes me excited to teach.
