I try to put the “fun” in functional fitness, mixing the fundamental kettlebell exercises: deadlift, swing, clean, squat and Turkish Get-up with core and body weight training.  
I started using kettlebells in January 2014 and loved how they helped me unlock my inner beast mode and embrace being strong and fit over worrying about the number on a scale.  
For three years I have been Hardstyle Kettlebell Certified and I’m going on five years of using kettlebells in my regular workout routines. I look forward to helping others find their strengths.
